She's here! Reagan came this morning at 10:10 am. After about three weeks of inactive labor, Savannah FINIALLY went into labor this morning at 1:00 am. At the hospital they told them it probably wasn't the real thing but they had her get into the bathtub to see how it goes. She dialated to a one in about three hours so it wasn't looking likley. Because her contractions were so strong, but she couldn't have an epidural yet, they gave her morphine to help her sleep. Around 9 she got into the tub again because she was dialeted to a three. By 9:45, Savannah was feeling a lot of pressure and told Devin to get a nurse because it was time for the baby to be born. Nobody really thought it would go that fast because it was her first baby, but lo and behold there was the water sack, just slipping out. She made it to the bed where they broke her water and 15 min later, Reagan was born! She is 6 lbs 13 oz, 18 in long and had A LOT of long, black, curly hair. She's beautiful. Hats off to Savannah for having a natural childbirth and from what Savannah said, Devin was great. Here are some pictures. By the way, I may have the details wrong, but Savannah will fix them later - enjoy the pictures!
